Can holster any gun, but for appendix carry the gun size matters. Compact and Sub-Compact gun models will be far more comfortable in the appendix carry position. The Talon can carry any gun size in the strong side positions.

Three Hole Adjustable Heavy Nylon belt clips are standard on the Talon for depth and cant adjustment

The lower "Lobe" bends to create a comfortable transition from the holster bottom edge to the leg bend area


The Talon Appendix AIWB holster is very compact. This is a tough nut to crack! Appendix holsters can be uncomfortable. The Talon holster has a bottom "Lobe". This lobe creates a smooth bend that makes for a blended transition from the bottom of the holster to the leg area. The Talon holster also has a tail that wraps around the side to also create a smooth transition. The Talon holster is fully tuckable. The Talon is hand made with premium quality leather and constructed to last a lifetime. The SwapSkins are constructed of .060 heavy KYDEX. Like all SwapRig holsters the Talon Chassis accepts every model SwapSkin. The Talon is available in right or left hand models. The Talon is available in Cow hide in Coyote Tan, Bison Brown, & Shadow Black.

A 3/32 T-Type Hex Key is included with purchase.

I've got a couple of Swaprig's holsters and several skins. Recently purchased The Talon. I'm using it with a 6" S&W 44 Magnum (yes - unusual choice for CCW - I carry th4 44 while out working on my property due to all the large bears and mountain lions up here in the Sierra). The 44 is less noticeable than my IPhone under my shirt. It's so incredible and wonderful that I can carry this big ol' hog's leg so comfortably and so well concealed. Fan for life!

I have a Gen2 Glock 17 and I added the Recover Tactical RC12 rail so I can finally add a light. Now with the rail and the Olight Baldr Mini I had to hunt down a holster. Not easy to do with an aftermarket rail and light. But I arrived at this site and I knew they would take care of me. After the arrival of my Talon IWB/OWB, I immediately put it into service. I've used it day in and day out and I'm so impressed. No break-in period was needed and I bearly know it's there. I have a few more pistols that need special attention and now I know where to go. This company will be my go-to for holsters from now on.

I have a Sig P320 with a Lima laser grip and have searched for a holster for almost a year, but none of the “big guys” make a holster to fit this configuration. I noticed an ad in Concealed Carry magazine for SwapRig and took a chance. I’m so glad I did! This holster fits my rig perfectly and after wearing numerous holsters for other handguns, I can say that the Talon is the most comfortable holster I have ever carried - and that was out of the box. I have already shared this with others who have the same configuration.

I have been using this holster with my S&W M&P shield 9mm for almost 6 months now. So far, it works great. It has amazing retention. Works great with my olight attachment. I will definitely be telling friends and family about SwapRig.
